Alongside standard steel battery boxes, BattCrate coordinates made-to-drawing sheet-metal enclosures for battery packs: steel cases built around your cell layout, BMS position and terminal arrangement. Custom enclosures suit assemblers and brand owners whose pack design does not fit an off-the-shelf box.

How Custom Orders Work
- Send your drawing or dimensions — a drawing is best; a dimensioned sketch with your cell model and layout also works.
- Feasibility and specification confirmation — we confirm material, sheet thickness, finish and every opening in writing.
- Quotation — price and MOQ quoted per design; a sample can be arranged before batch production.
- Production coordination — the enclosure is produced by our sheet-metal partner workshop to the confirmed drawing.
- Delivery — enclosures can ship together with cells and BMS boards from the same order.
